One of my favorites on my ipod for when I'm handlin' mah bidnuh, werkin on mah fitness.

Anything with a Latin influence. love love love! So, I had my first workout with my new trainer yesterday. She kicked my arse. Everything seemed fairly easy. Keep in mind; in February I had hit the 8mile mark with my jog. I was training for a marathon before I opted not to do it anymore. The goal was originally 13 miles and I'd gotten to 8 which is nuts because I'm obviously not a runner. I remember when I was jogging ONE LAP and thinking i was KING OF THE TRACK. I would consider myself a fairly active boy you know? I try to get to the gym 5 times a week. Granted, sometimes i just go through the motions on a lazy day, the consistency of my visits is pretty frequent. I was so sore immediately after my session that I tweeted "First session with my new trainer and sore in places like mhmm”. And i used to be pretty famous for my car acrobatics." The whole time i kept thinking to myself "this is going pretty smooth." I realized that I had absolutely 0 muscles anywhere in my body and I'm excited to visit her again on Wednesday. 
